We are looking for a highly motivated Regional Business Manager (RBM) with a strong scientific background and proven experience in a similar role to join our Sales Department.


Celltrion Healthcare Italy is a fast-growing company with a robust and diversified product pipeline across multiple therapeutic areas.


The ideal candidate has at least 10 years of experience in a regional business management role, gained within the assigned territory or part of it, and with solid exposure to the biosimilars market.

Key responsibilities:


  • Manage all assigned resources (Product Specialists, total of around 7-10 people) and budgets of investments to maximize impact of Celltrion assigned territories
  • Coordinate with Head of Access and local KAM to maximize effectiveness of access and sales in assigned areas
  • Coordinate Product Specialists call plans, activities, promotional focus, materials usage
  • Define local congress to attend, proposing investments size, staffing, materials needed
  • Own all results (sales in all products plus all assigned targets) in the assigned territories
  • Construct and maintain, in alignment with Commercial and Medical a clear map of regional peculiarities for access and distribution of drugs
  • Suggest, based on knowledge of local environment, actions/projects to support development of sales, in accordance with the law and health system sustainability
  • Guarantee and maintain optimal local access for Celltrion products, managing proactively all needed procedures for ensuring full freedom to prescribe of the company’s products in the assigned area, including formulary inclusion and tender inclusion
  • Identify, shape and propose actions/projects needed to guarantee access to Celltrion products whenever limitations and/or barriers by local authorities may exist
  • Coordinate, in accordance with guidelines from Commercial Director, Celltrion products promotion to physicians and pharmacists
  • Monitor local policies and commercial actions/projects of competition, report to Commercial Director and design potential actions to take
  • Present appropriately Celltrion products and their value proposition in light of sustainability of the healthcare system, using materials supplied by the Italian Office
  • Identify, in alignment with Commercial and Medical, potential commercial opportunities within the private Health sector and support negotiations with their procurement offices
  • Ensure legal compliance to all applicable local rules and regulations, in alignment with applicable law and Celltrion code of conduct
  • Appropriately report all activities done in field, including personal interactions, materials distribution, expenses incurred


Essential requirements:


  • Scientific degree (pharmacy or medicine or CTF - Chemistry and Pharma Technologies);
  • Fluency in English;
  • At least 10 years working in a Regional Commercial Roles (Product Specialist; Key Account Manager; Area Manager, Regional Access Manager);
  • At least 5 years of work in the assigned territory or part of it;
  • At least 2 years of experience in biosimilars;
  • Experience in pharma field people management in a large multinational pharma company and in product launches;
  • Deep knowledge of assigned region(s) process and stakeholders in the area of drugs access, procurement and promotion;
  • Experience in rheumatology and/or gastroenterology;
  • Excellent sales & marketing and negotiation skills;
  • Well-developed interpersonal and relationship management skills;
  • Result oriented approach.
