Contract: Freelance (P.IVA) / Independent Consultant

About the Role


We are looking for a high-caliber Personal Executive Assistant to support top management in a fast-growing international environment operating across private aviation, travel, and strategic projects .


This is not a standard assistant role.


The position combines executive support, project coordination, and strategic exposure , requiring a candidate who can operate with autonomy, discretion, and high-level problem solving .


You will work directly with the CEO and leadership team, acting as a trusted right hand across multiple functions.



Key Responsibilities

 • Manage and optimize CEO agenda, priorities, and international travel logistics

 • Coordinate cross-functional projects across marketing, legal, and operations

 • Support strategic initiatives, partnerships, and business development activities

 • Handle confidential communications and high-level stakeholder interactions

 • Prepare documents, presentations, reports, and executive summaries

 • Liaise with internal teams and external partners across multiple jurisdictions

 • Support execution of events, meetings, and international activities

 • Ensure operational efficiency and follow-through on key business priorities



Candidate Profile


We are targeting a structured, fast-thinking, and highly reliable professional with a strong business mindset.


Must-have requirements:

 • Fluent in Italian, English, and French (mandatory – applications without all three will not be considered)

 • Active P.IVA (or equivalent freelance status)

 • Proven experience in roles such as:

 • Executive Assistant / Chief of Staff

 • Project Manager

 • Office Manager

 • Marketing or Business Operations

 • Legal / Paralegal support



Functional Skills


The ideal candidate has exposure to at least two of the following areas :

 • Marketing & communication

 • Legal (contracts, compliance, corporate basics)

 • Business operations / HR / organizational management
