About the role

This role provides proficient personal assistant support to the business leaders outlined in the role title. It involves coordinating their activities and providing administrative support. This is a varied and challenging role requiring flexibility, initiative, and confidentiality.

Top Accountabilities

• Effective diary management with an emphasis on anticipating needs and understanding priorities.
• Travel and accommodation management and coordination.
• Timely management of expenditure via Concur, with proper filing and referencing.
• Meeting coordination, preparation, and ensuring efficiency and effectiveness.
• Data coordination and preparation of relevant business reports, e.g., KPIs.
• Managing routine and recurring tasks, resolving issues, and implementing solutions.
• Organizing internal and external events such as conferences and meetings.
• Managing and coordinating functional-specific projects and administration.

About you

• Previous experience in a similar role is a must.
• High standards in planning, quality, and accuracy.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills for building relationships.
• Creativity in problem-solving and understanding of the function.
• Highly organized and self-motivated with effective prioritization skills.
• Maintaining integrity, compliance, and confidentiality.
• Ability to prioritize core duties tactfully and assertively.
• Experience with SAP, Concur, Condecco, Coupa, Outlook, and Microsoft Office.
