Role Overview

We are looking for a highly organized, proactive, and discreet Personal Assistant to provide comprehensive support to both the CEO and the Chief Product Officer. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, manages complex priorities with ease, and communicates effectively with internal and external stakeholders. This role requires exceptional attention to detail, strong problem-solving skills, and the ability to anticipate needs before they arise.


Key Responsibilities

• Manage complex calendars, scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel for both executives.

• Coordinate internal and external meetings, including agenda preparation and follow-up actions.

• Handle confidential information with professionalism and integrity.

• Act as the primary point of contact between the executives and internal teams, partners, suppliers, and stakeholders.

• Manage expenses, invoices, and reimbursements in accordance with company policies.

• Draft and proofread emails, communications, and documents on behalf of the executives.

• Facilitate communication flow, prioritizing messages and responding when appropriate.

• Build strong relationships across departments and with external partners.


Requirements

• 3+ years of experience as a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, or similar role, preferably in fashion, luxury, or creative industries.

• Excellent command of English and Italian (spoken and written).

• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities; able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.

• High level of discretion, reliability, and professionalism.

• Mastery of Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, and digital collaboration tools.

• Ability to work flexible hours and adapt to the dynamic needs of top executives.

• A proactive, solution-oriented mindset with strong communication skills.

• Annual salary range: €32,000 – €35,000, depending on experience
