We are looking for a part-time Personal Assistant to support our Director and family with mainly personal and administrative tasks . This role is hybrid , requiring both in-person and online support , and is based in Milan . There is potential for the role to become full-time in the future.

Tasks
  • Assisting with personal and day-to-day needs
  • Creating itineraries for trips and events
  • Managing travel arrangements and basic event coordination
  • Making restaurant reservations
  • Assisting with shopping and errands
  • Purchasing tickets for shows, museums, and other events
  • Handling basic administrative tasks
Requirements
  • Experience with personal or administrative assistance
  • Organized, reliable, and proactive
  • Comfortable handling personal tasks
  • Available for both in-person and remote work
  • Located in Milan
