To assist in this fast paced and vibrant environment, the Creative Director & Owner is seeking a full-time bilingual executive level Personal Assistant who will be based in the company’s head offices in Florence.


The ideal candidate has a strong negotiation and problem-solving skills. He/she needs to have an excellent sense of order and great taste.



The candidate will be expected to:

  • Work on a one-to-one basis on a variety of tasks related to owner’s working and private life.
  • Manage diary and schedule meetings and appointments.
  • Book and manage travel arrangements.
  • Act as point of contact between the owner and internal/external collaborators and clients.
  • Screen and direct phone calls and distribute correspondence.
  • Produce reports, presentations and briefs.
  • Develop efficient documentation and filing systems.
  • Conduct sourcing of products, suppliers and negotiate prices.
  • Deal with confidential information.



Required skills:

  • High school diploma.
  • A qualification as a Personal Assistant is advantageous.
  • At least 5 years of experience as a Personal Assistant to a senior executive.
  • Comprehensive understanding of office management systems and applications.
  • Fluent level of English is required.
  • Demonstrated experience in working independently to identify, analyse, and solve problems.
  • Skilled and experienced in organization and time management to juggle multiple priorities with competing deadlines.
  • Flexible and adaptable, with the ability to respond to last-minute changes.
  • Excellent sense of taste.
  • Proficient in the different computer programs (Office Suite, Google emails, etc) and numbers.
  • Outstanding negotiation skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Exceptional planning and time management skills.
  • Strong problem-solving skills.
  • Driving license is required.
