One Hour Heating & Air Conditioning, an affiliate of დამოუკიდAuthority Brands Inc., is the premier heating and cooling specialist in the Naples, FL area. We are looking for a Permit Coordinator to process permits and inspections for different counties, and to assist in picking up and delivering material from the warehouse and/or vendors to job sites.

Responsibilities:
- Process permits for each installation.
- Coordinate inspections with local inspectors.
- Maintain status of all permits.
- Provide efficient deliveries of parts and equipment to Technicians and Installers.
- Follow up on all failed inspections.
- Assist with warehouse operations.
Qualifications:
- Experience with permitting required.
- Proficiency with Excel required.
- Experience in the HVAC industry a plus!
- Must be a self-motivated, results-driven, organized and detail-oriented individual.
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Must have valid driver's license and clean driving record.
- Must be able to pass a background check and drug screen.
