The Performance & Value Creation Manager supports the Head of Group Performance & Value Creation and the Group CFO in driving the company’s performance improvement and value creation initiatives.

The role combines financial analysis, business planning and project support activities aimed at identifying opportunities to improve operational and financial performance across the Group.

Working at the intersection of Finance, Strategy and Business Operations, the position contributes to developing financial analyses, business cases and executive materials supporting strategic initiatives and decision-making processes.

The position provides exposure to enterprise-level initiatives and collaboration with senior stakeholders across the Group. At the same time, the role requires a hands-on approach and the ability to independently develop analyses, financial models and presentations supporting the Group’s value creation agenda.


ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES


  • Support the Head of Group Performance & Value Creation in coordinating the Group’s performance improvement and value creation initiatives.
  • Act as a key analytical and program management engine of the Performance & Value Creation, supporting the identification, structuring and monitoring of cross-functional value creation initiatives.
  • Develop financial analyses and business cases supporting strategic initiatives and operational improvement projects.
  • Ensure rigorous analytical support to strategic projects, helping translate business opportunities into structured initiatives with clear financial impact.
  • Work closely with Business Units, Corporate Functions and Finance teams to quantify value drivers, develop business cases and monitor delivery of strategic initiatives .
  • Support the coordination of strategic planning cycles , ensuring consistency of assumptions, financial logic and value creation targets, collecting, analyzing and consolidating inputs from multiple stakeholders.
  • Independently develop financial analyses, business cases, presentations and analytical materials supporting the execution of the Group’s value creation agenda.
  • Provide high-quality analytical insights and structured problem-solving to support decision-making by the Group CFO and senior leadership.
  • Monitor the progress of key strategic initiatives and support tracking of value realization.
  • Act as a connector between Finance and all the other functions , ensuring that Finance-led cross-functional initiatives are executed with discipline and measurable outcomes, analyzing financial performance and identifying improvement opportunities.
  • Support finance-driven cross-functional initiative s aimed at improving profitability, cost efficiency and capital utilization.
  • Develop a deep understanding of the competitive landscape through systematic analysis of peer companies, strategic moves, financial performance and value creation models, providing insights to support strategic decision-making.
  • Work in close partnership with the Investor Relations function to to support the preparation of analyses contributing to the Group’s equity story.


KEY ACTIVITIES


  • Support the preparation and consolidation of the Group Strategic Plan and related financial analysis.
  • Conduct advanced financial and strategic analyses , including scenario modeling, profitability diagnostics and value driver analysis.
  • Assist in identifying and structuring cross-functional value initiatives , ensuring clear definition of scope, value impact and execution roadmap.
  • Support the governance and monitoring of Group strategic initiatives , tracking milestones, risks and value realization.
  • Develop business cases and financial models for strategic initiatives, transformation projects and capital allocation decisions.
  • Prepare executive-level presentations and strategic analyses for the Group CFO and senior leadership.
  • Collaborate with Controlling teams to ensure that the financial impact of initiatives is correctly reflected in planning and performance reporting.
  • Monitor the progress and impact of value initiatives, ensuring transparency on value realization vs initial targets .
  • Support the development and continuous refinement of the Group’s equity story by translating strategic initiatives, operational improvements and value creation programs into clear financial narratives.
  • Support benchmarking and competitive analysis activities .
  • Support finance-driven strategic transformation projects involving multiple functions and geographies.
  • Contribute to the preparation of high-quality executive materials , including presentations, analytical briefings and strategic documentation.


REQUIREMENTS


  • Degree in Economics, Finance, Engineering or related fields.
  • Postgraduate education or MBA considered a plus.
  • 4-6 years of professional experience in areas such:
  • Financial planning, analysis and modelling
  • Strategic analysis
  • Structured problem solving.
  • Experience in international environments and cross-functional projects, interacting with multiple stakeholders.
  • Excellent analytical rigor combined with strong business acumen and pragmatic execution mindset .
  • Strong analytical and financial modeling capabilities.
  • Ability to structure financial analyses and business cases.
  • Good understanding of financial performance drivers.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical mindset.
  • Ability to communicate financial insights clearly through presentations and written materials.
  • Collaborative mindset and ability to work across functions and teams.
