Randstad Italia Spa, Florence branch, is looking for a
Performance & Operations Program Manager
for a major multinational company operating in the Oil & Gas sector.
We offer: initial 12 month temporary contract with the possibility of direct placement in the company. Possibility of smart working.
CCNL Metalworking Industry, GAP 34.000 € - 36.000 €.
Workplace: Florence.
The Program Manager is responsible for monitoring, tracking, and reporting the OTD and ODBL. He/She will work with Finance, Supply Chain, Global Operation and P&Ls understanding business dynamics to optimize the Customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
- lead initiatives related to OTD (On Time Delivery) and ODBL (Overdue Backlog) with the aim to improve Customer satisfaction in collaboration with Brilliant Parts, Finance, Regions and Supply Chain;
- elaborate quarter end OTD & ODBL estimate driving corrective actions in case of variance;
- create a comprehensive long term tracking model, lead rhythm with Regional teams for OTD&ODBL improvement, make Regions accountable by improving visibility;
- drive simplification and improvement initiatives specific for the area/region, to achieve better operational performances and cost savings.
Qualifications/Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree required, major in Information Technology, Engineering or other related field preferred;
- minimum of 2 years’ experience working with Materials management, Project Management and/or Project Implementations;
- clear understanding of Materials processes and planning and control systems;
- strong project management and consulting skills with the ability to influence work effectively and implement solutions in a cross-functional team environment;
- strong analytical, communication and time management skills;
- proficient skills in PC and Microsoft Office Win Project, ERP, Oracle applications;
- organized, detail oriented and methodical;
- fluent English.
