In this role, your decisions will directly impact revenue, customer acquisition cost and scalability across multiple DTC brands. You won’t just manage campaigns — you will influence how fast and how profitably our brands grow.
WHO YOU ARE
- You have 2–4 years of hands‑on experience managing Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns, ideally within DTC e-commerce brands in the consumer goods space
- You have directly managed annual paid media budgets exceeding €100K and are comfortable optimizing toward clear business KPIs such as ROAS, CPA, CAC and contribution margin
- You have strong analytical skills and are confident working with data to identify trends, diagnose performance issues and translate insights into actionable improvements
- You have solid knowledge of Google Analytics (GA4) and a strong understanding of tracking systems and attribution logic (Meta Pixel, Google Tag Manager, conversion tracking setup)
- You are able to read existing tracking infrastructures, identify inconsistencies or data gaps, and propose improvements to enhance data accuracy and performance measurement
- You have proven experience leveraging AI tools to improve efficiency and scalability. Direct hands‑on management of advertising accounts is required
- You are fluent in English
WHAT YOU WILL DO
As a Performance Marketing Specialist, you will manage and optimize paid acquisition campaigns across multiple DTC e-commerce brands, with direct impact on revenue and profitability.
Campaign Management
- Plan, structure and manage Google Ads campaigns (Search, Shopping, Performance Max, YouTube)
- Plan and manage Meta Ads campaigns across prospecting and retargeting
- Allocate budgets based on performance data and commercial priorities
- Align paid campaigns with product launches, promotional calendar and stock availability
Performance Optimization
- Monitor daily performance and optimize toward profitability, not just volume
- Run structured A/B tests on creatives, audiences and bidding strategies
- Identify scaling opportunities and cost‑efficiency improvements
- Contribute to margin‑focused decision‑making
Tracking & Data Analysis
- Monitor tracking accuracy and performance attribution
- Identify discrepancies across platforms and propose improvements
- Prepare recurring performance reports with actionable insights
- Brief designers and content teams on performance‑driven creative concepts
- Provide structured feedback based on campaign data
- Collaborate with CRM to ensure acquisition aligns with retention and conversion strategy
