For our Global Headquarter in Milan , we are looking for a temporary Performance Marketing Specialist to join our Fortidia Marketing department. This is a crucial role supporting the Performance Marketing Manager in driving high quality and multichannel lead generation strategy and defining the most effective marketing actions to enlarge the Franchise network across the Fortidia Countries (Geographies of relevance: Italy, Iberia, Germany, France, Poland, UK & Ireland, US and Australia).


On an ongoing basis, you will get in touch with the local marketing and sales teams and external stakeholders and suppliers (i.e., digital marketing agencies and service providers) in order to enable and guarantee best-in-class delivery of the projects.


Your Key Responsibilities and focus


  • Marketing & Lead Generation
  • Lead Generation: implement strategies for lead generation on new and existing channels
  • Assist in developing and implementing worldwide marketing plan that supports the business across the countries with the goal to boost conversions
  • Develop and coordinate leads and sales budget and forecast process for the retail network development
  • Build monthly reports on most relevant marketing KPIs, being accountable for data entry and dashboard monitoring
  • Analyse, monitor and guide the spending around RND initiatives (Retail Network Development)
  • Analyze Countries’ media strategy, spending and results, sharing actionable insights and best practices to help teams driving business decisions and reaching business goals
  • Digital channels and Go To Market:
  • Website: support in defining, writing and uploading website contents to improve organic performance
  • SEO: support on SEO strategy definition and analysis
  • CRM: define email marketing automation and report to support the sales activities; support in identifying best practices to boost leads management
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance lead generation efforts through paid and organic channels
  • New Franchise Sales Support
  • Analysis of the customer’s sales journey, interacting with sales team, to spot opportunities and area of improvement
  • Work closely with the Countries’ sales and marketing team to provide marketing commercial activities for boosting new franchise sales.
  • Develop and manage marketing tools and materials aimed at converting leads into customers.
  • Guide Countries’ sales and marketing teams in order to collect materials, data and best practices and coordinate monthly official meetings.


Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree with record of strong academic performance in economics or marketing
  • Minimum 2 years of experience with a focus on lead generation and performance analysis
  • Advanced mastery of written and spoken English;
  • Advanced user of MS Office Products (especially Excel + PowerPoint) and Google Suite (gmail, Google Docs, Google Slides, Google Sheets)
  • Hubspot knowledge will be considered a plus
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing dynamics, CRM systems and SEO strategies
  • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights
  • Great commercial attitude and performance orientation
  • Positive and energetic approach
  • Communication and presentation skills
  • Excellent organizational skills, with a talent to prioritize
