We’re on the hunt for a sharp and creative Performance Marketing Senior Specialist to supercharge our digital campaigns across paid media and email marketing. You’ll work hand-in-hand with our Commercial and Marketing teams to drive initiatives that fuel ticketing, e-commerce, memberships, fan engagement, and partner success. What You’ll Be Responsible For
- Plan, launch and optimise campaigns across Meta, Google and other paid channels
- Track campaign performance (ROAS, CPA, CTR, CVR) and share actionable insights
- Oversight and operational management of Direct Marketing campaigns through proprietary platforms, including channels such as email, SMS, push notifications and similar
- Development and management of the CDP, with the aim of better knowledge of the fan behaviours and plan a coherent marketing plan
- Collaborate with internal teams and external partners (e.g. media agencies, sponsorship teams, platforms)
- Ensure consistency in fan targeting across paid and owned channels
- Support budget planning and media investment optimisation
What Are We Searching For
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital Media Communication, Management Engineering, or a related field
- 4 years of experience in performance marketing, CRM or digital campaign execution
️ Technical Skills
- Fluency in English is mandatory
- Hands-on knowledge of Meta Ads, Google Ads and similar platforms
- Hands-on knowledge of marketing automation platforms, advanced CDP and similar platforms
- Familiarity with reporting dashboards
- Ability to interpret data and performance metrics to optimize digital campaigns
