Your Tasks
We are looking for a Performance Marketing Intern to support our E‑commerce team in Milan across key brands (NIVEA, Labello, Hansaplast & Eucerin). In this role, you will contribute to the development and optimization of performance‑driven campaigns for the Italian market, working closely with the Performance Marketing Manager and collaborating with Digital Marketing, E‑commerce, Marketing teams and external agencies.
Responsibilities
Key responsibilities:

  • Support optimization and monitoring of e‑commerce campaigns (Search, DSP, Display).
  • Analyze campaign performance across KPIs (CPC, CPA, ROAS, CTR, Conversion Rate).
  • Prepare regular reporting and extract actionable insights.
  • Coordinate with external media agencies and partners on operational tasks.
  • Collect and organize data from platforms such as Amazon AMS, DSP and partner tools.
  • Assist in defining audience targeting, segmentation strategies and product selection.
  • Contribute to internal presentations for alignment across E‑commerce and Marketing.
  • Support social commerce initiatives and related e‑commerce activities.
Your Profile
  • Recent Graduate in Economics, Marketing or Management Engineering;
  • First Experience or Stage Experience in E-commerce or Digital Marketing roles;
  • Strong interest in E-commerce topics and in data driven environment;
  • Knowledge of major online Beauty & Personal Care players and and understanding of e-commerce business models;
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail;
  • Good communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team;
  • Proactive attitude and eagerness to learn.
Nice To Have
  • Basic knowledge of data visualization tools (Looker Studio, Power BI).
  • Any previous experience—academic or practical—in digital marketing or e‑commerce.
  • Familiarity with funnel marketing concepts and customer journey analysis.
