What You’ll Do

We seek a Vice President for our Performance Improvement team in Milan. This team works with healthy, under-performing, and distressed companies across industries, focusing on delivering improvements in revenue, profit, cash management, digital enablement, and organizational effectiveness. Candidates should possess strong consulting and operational experience, particularly in operational due diligence and industrial environments such as Automotive, Aerospace, Manufacturing, Retail, or Technology sectors.

What You’ll Need

• 4-8 years of relevant experience in consulting and industry.
• Master’s degree and/or MBA with a strong academic record.
• Preferred degrees in Business, Finance, or Engineering.
• Experience in Operations, Automotive, Aerospace, Industrial Goods, Manufacturing, Retail, Consumer Goods, or Technology sectors.
• Proven track record in implementing solutions across multiple workstreams.
• Strong understanding of business issues and excellent communication skills.
• Willingness to work under pressure in high-impact situations.
• Passion for results, analytical skills, financial literacy, and modeling expertise.
• Interest in retail industry and participation in industry events.
• Excellent relationship management with C-suite stakeholders.
• Fluency in English and Italian; additional languages are a plus.
• Flexibility to work outside normal hours and in full-time office or remote settings.
