Founded in 2013, arKap & Co is an advisory firm headquartered in Zurich (CH) and offices in Lugano, Torino and Milano (Q1 2026). Our firm supports European Companies and Principal Investors in Corporate Finance and strategy matters to support their growth.

 Overview of the Role  

We are seeking a People & Organization Analyst  starting in February 2026. 


The intern’s primary role will be to support the People & Organization function  in managing and developing HR initiatives aimed at strengthening arKap & Co’s internal culture, talent development, and organizational effectiveness. 


The role will focus on recruiting, people engagement, learning & development, and internal communication  - contributing to the creation of an inspiring and high-performing work environment. 

You will play an active role in building a cohesive culture, supporting HR processes, and driving initiatives that enhance employee experience and organizational growth. 


 Key Responsibilities  

  • Support the recruitment process  (job posting, screening, interview coordination, onboarding) 
  • Assist in the design and delivery of learning & development programs  
  • Contribute to employee engagement  initiatives and internal culture projects 
  • Support in the definition and tracking of HR metrics  (performance, retention, satisfaction) 
  • Help manage internal communication  and people-related updates across teams 
  • Conduct benchmarking and research  on HR trends, organizational models, and best practices 

Qualifications  

  • Bachelor’s / Master’s degree in Management, Business Administration, Human Resources, or related fields  (or close to completion) 
  • Strong interpersonal and organizational skills  
  • Interest in HR, people development, and organizational behavior  
  • Analytical mindset with attention to detail and confidentiality  
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment 
  • Excellent knowledge of the MS Office 365 suite  (especially Excel and PowerPoint) 
  • Proficiency in both English and Italian  (knowledge of other languages is a plus) 
  • Availability to work on-site
