People Manager Coordinato

rWe are currently looking for a People Manager Coordinator that will support the IT division in Italy in the management of the consultants across the Italian Country

.As a People Manager Coordinator you will be responsible for the following activities

  • :Onboarding: coordinating with the Talent Acquisition team to ensure new hirings have all the necessary tools and information for the first day. Managing the pre-onboarding and onboarding of new hirings

    Follow-ups: collecting consultants’ needs, requests and expectations in order to ensure their well-being, also by collaborating with all necessary support departments. You will also evaluate, define and agree upon the professional development of each consultan

    Organization: you will be responsible for ensuring that business units are appropriately staffed in terms of quantity and quality of technical profiles; this includes responsibilities related to changes and transfers between projec

  • lus;You have around 10 years of experience in HR management, talent acquisition of IT profiles. Experience in consulting companies will be considered a p
