For our Milan offices, we are looking for a People Intern reporting directly to the People Vice President. The selected candidate will support People activities at an international level across different areas of the employee lifecycle.
Position Summary:
We are looking for a motivated and curious People Intern to join our team in Milan and contribute to a wide range of People activities across the employee lifecycle. The role offers a hands-on experience within an international and fast-paced environment, with direct exposure to key HR areas such as training, employee engagement, internal communications, and People reporting. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working across multiple workstreams and has a collaborative mindset.
Compensation:
€700 monthly internship allowance + meal vouchers
Main Tasks and Responsibilities:
- Support the organization and monitoring of training activities
- Collect information from different countries for internal newsletters and support internal communication activities
- Collaborate in the organization of employee engagement initiatives and internal company events
- Support People data management activities, including updating People databases and HR systems to ensure information accuracy
- Support the recruitment activities
- Support People reporting and data analysis activities
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree Fluent in Italian and English (written and spoken)
- Good knowledge of Excel
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Collaborative spirit, with appreciation of diverse perspectives
- Bold, passionate, tenacious and curious mindset, not afraid to explore new ideas and challenge the status quo in pursuit of better solutions
