What you’ll be doing

As a People & Culture Manager , you’ll play a key role in driving a high-performing culture by designing and implementing employee engagement and talent management strategies, utilising HR analytics, fostering leadership development, aligning initiatives with business goals, and leading impactful change management efforts. You will work in the People & Culture Team, and you will report directly to the Head of People & Culture.
Here’s what your day-to-day will look like:

  • Cultivate organisational culture. Develop and implement initiatives to foster a strong organisational culture to drive high performance and employee well-being.

  • Drive employee engagement. Design and execute comprehensive employee engagement strategies and programs to create a positive work environment and boost employee effectiveness.

  • Learning & Development Initiatives. Implement our L&D strategy through the design of training and development programs on leadership and technical skills with a high level of autonomy in collaboration with our key leaders.

  • Oversee talent management & development. Design and execute talent management programs, including talent development, coaching, mentorship and career planning.

  • Promote leadership development. Implement leadership development programs and initiatives aimed at enhancing leadership skills and capabilities across the organisation to drive growth and innovation.

  • Support HR's overall strategy development. Contribute to the development of HR strategies and initiatives aligned with business objectives to ensure the organisation achieves its goals.

  • Data analysis and decision making . Leverage data-driven insights to inform decision-making processes and create strategic actions that improve overall organisational performance and employee engagement.

Who we’re looking for

We need a problem-solver who loves teamwork and gets things done. If you’re curious and ready for real ownership, you’ll fit in! Does this sound like you?

  • HR expertise. You have over 7 years of experience in the HR team, with proficiency in Cultural Design, Change Management, Learning, Development, and Internal Communication, developed in scale-up companies or corporations with more than 600 employees.

  • Engagement and people experience proficiency. You bring demonstrated ability to create engaging and positive employee experiences to foster a supportive and productive work environment.

  • Workshop and training facilitation competencies. You are proficient in conducting workshops and training sessions to facilitate learning and development initiatives, both in Italian and English.

  • L&D strategy expertise. You have a proven track record in defining and implementing effective training and development strategies to meet organisational goals.

  • Business acumen. You have a proven track record of designing and scaling processes that drive organisational excellence. With a sharp focus on the bottom line, you ensure every People initiative delivers clear business value. A natural communicator, you navigate complex stakeholder landscapes with ease and possess the executive presence to influence C‑suite leaders and department heads toward ambitious results.
