People&Culture Intern

Role Purpose:
As a People&Culture Intern, youwill support the People&Culture team across several key projects, gaining hands-on experience in people analytics, digital transformation, reward systems and talent management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Give a support in the Performance Management process through data analysis, performance review clustering, and information aggregation.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of individual development plans aligned with skills mapping.
- Assist in building a structured and scalable people development process across the organization.
- Participate in the Reward System project aimed at reviewing and enhancing the company’s incentive and reward schemes.
- Take part in cross-functional projects focused on developing digital platforms that support Talent Management processes.
- Contribute to the implementation of a new Learning Management System (LMS), supporting the definition of processes, tools, and user experience.
- Support the roll-out, communication, and implementation of the Role Classification & Pay Equity Program.
- Review and standardization of the job description form
- Review and standardization of job titles and job descriptions
- Support HR data analysis activities and KPI reporting to enable data-driven decision-making.
Key Competencies:
- Student or recent Master’s graduate in Economics, Management, Labor Studies, Psychology, or a related field
- Passionate about Human Resources management
- Leadership Model Alignment: Demonstrates the core behaviours of our leadership model, including accountability, collaboration, and a continuous‑improvement mindset
- Good analytical skills and confidence working with data
- Good level of English
