BASIC PURPOSE OF THE JOB
Within the People Development & Culture function, the role will be responsible for designing, implementing, and monitoring Employee Engagement and Diversity, Equity & Inclusion (DEI) initiatives, contributing to the development of an authentic, inclusive corporate culture focused on people growth.
The person will act as a key point of reference for cross-functional projects at the corporate level, working closely with internal stakeholders and global functional teams

In This Role, You Will
Employee Engagement

  • Promote and strengthen the Zegna Culture by translating its principles into concrete initiatives that support their dissemination, internalization, and consistency in everyday behaviors;
  • Design, coordinate, and implement engagement programs aligned with the culture and business needs, supporting the Zegna identity and the Group’s cultural transformation journey;
  • Analyze survey results and people analytics tools to identify trends and areas for improvement.
DEI - Diversity, Equity & Inclusion
  • Support the evolution of the Group’s DEI strategy, contributing to the definition of priorities, roadmap, and KPIs for the Zegna brand;
  • Manage and implement DEI-related projects (awareness initiatives, training, events, ERGs, partnerships);
  • Act as an internal ambassador of inclusive practices, fostering dialogue, education, and cross-functional engagement.
Project & Stakeholder Management
  • Lead complex, cross-country projects, ensuring effective planning, monitoring, and on-time delivery;
  • Collaborate with HRBPs, internal communications, leadership teams, and other corporate functions to drive alignment and co-creation at both Zegna and Group levels;
  • Facilitate teamwork by building trusted relationships with stakeholders across different levels and cultures;
  • Ensure process governance, documentation, and reporting to leadership.

  • 6-8 years in HR, People Development, Engagement, Communications, and Event Management roles, preferably within international or structured environments.
  • Strong Project Management: planning, deliverables management, and the ability to coordinate multiple initiatives in parallel;
  • Stakeholder Management: ability to manage diverse stakeholders, build effective partnerships, and influence without direct authority;
