People Business Partner

We are looking for a People Business Partner who will support and collaborate within the GOSP area.
Key Responsibilities
- Working alongside the business leaders understanding the business needs and developing tailored HR solutions
- Supporting managers on all HR-related matters, including recruitment, performance management, talent development, and conflict management
- Implementing reward policies and coordinating related processes in collaboration with the Reward organizational unit
- Supporting development and learning initiatives in collaboration with the relevant Center of Excellence
- Ensuring a correct HC planning balancing business needs and costs constraints within the overall target HC agreed
- Ensuring the right sizing and the operating model of the organizational structures in collaboration with the Orga team
- Analyzing HR data to identify trends and areas for improvement
- Ensuring compliance with labor regulations and company policies
- Promoting a positive, international and inclusive company culture
- Ensuring the local implementation of centrally designed Group projects supported by the relevant COE
Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Human Resources, Economics, Data Management/Data Analytics
- At least 5 years of experience as an HR Business Partner in Insurance sector
- In-depth knowledge of HR practices and labor regulations
- Proven ability to work on projects as a Project Manager
- Analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Proactive and results-oriented attitude
