What We Expect

TKE Europe Africa is seeking a People Analytics & HR Transformation Manager to strengthen our HR data strategy and reporting capabilities. The role will drive the design and implementation of wide HR analytics frameworks — ensuring data integrity, insightful reporting, and meaningful decision support for senior leadership.

We are looking for a data‑driven HR professional with passion for people analytics, HR transformation, and strategic project management. Someone who can leverage HR data to enhance organizational performance, design and implement group‑wide reporting, perform advanced analyses, and drive HR insights that inform executive‑level decision‑making.

Your Responsibilities

  • Support the Head of HR and Head of Transformation with strategic analyses and decision‑making materials, including high‑quality presentations for senior leadership and group‑level meetings.
  • Partner with HR teams and business leaders to promote a data‑driven HR culture, translating HR data (e.g. headcount movements, turnover, personnel cost, etc.) into clear and actionable insights.
  • Monitor key HR metrics across all legal entities in Europe Africa, identify trends, and highlight implications for transformation priorities.
  • Contribute to the development and tracking of HR transformation roadmaps, initiatives, and change programs.
  • Collaborate closely with HR Controlling, HR Analytics, and country HR leaders to ensure consistent and accurate data foundations.
  • Facilitate preparation and follow‑up for HR transformation workshops, regional HR meetings, and key strategic discussions.
  • Provide ad hoc analytical support and problem‑solving expertise to the HR leadership team.

Who We Are Looking For

  • Degree in HR, Economics, Business Administration, Data Analytics, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in HR analytics, data governance, or people insights — ideally within an international or matrix organization.
  • Strong analytical mindset with experience in workforce forecasting, people analytics and HR transformation/projects.
  • Skilled in HR reporting tools and HRIS systems (e.g. SAP SuccessFactor, PowerBI, Excel) with solid understanding of HR metrics.
  • Comfortable working with large datasets and cross‑country comparisons.
  • Ability to translate complex data into clear, strategic recommendations.
  • High level of discretion, reliability, and ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment.
  • Fluent in English; German is a plus.
