Are you looking to take on responsibility in people analytics and HR reporting within an international environment?
Our client – a technologically leading industrial company – offers you the opportunity to shape and further develop a modern people analytics and HR reporting function.

Your Responsibilities
• Preparation of personnel cost budgets and forecasts for multiple legal entities across Europe
• Analysis and explanation of variances
• Close coordination with Finance Controlling regarding reported personnel costs
• Continuous development and optimization of calculation, reporting, and analytics tools
• Preparation of HR statistics for various national authorities
• Internal HR reporting to support management decision-making
• Creation of ad-hoc analyses
• Ongoing development, maintenance, and enhancement of key HR KPIs
Your Profile
• Completed business-focused education (upper secondary level or degree)
• At least 2 years of professional experience in controlling or as an HR Generalist with strong exposure to analytics and numbers
• Excellent Excel skills (advanced / power-user level)
• Experience with time management or payroll systems is an advantage
• Practical experience with ERP systems (e.g. SAP SuccessFactors) is desirable
• Knowledge of German is a plus, ideally combined with Italian and/or English
• Proactive, structured, and independent working style
• Strong analytical skills, high affinity for numbers, and a solution-oriented mindset
• High level of discretion, integrity, and trustworthiness
