WHAT WILL YOU DO?

• Core activities . You will design and implement end-to-end solutions based on Pega best practices. You will contribute to the delivery of innovative and complex projects for leading clients in the Telco & Media, Insurance, and Financial Services sectors.ou will ensure the continuous improvement of project execution and solution quality.
• Technologies . You will work with the Pega Platform, leveraging its capabilities to model business processes, manage cases, and integrate with enterprise systems. You will apply Pega frameworks and reusable components to deliver scalable and maintainable solutions. You will be exposed to CRM technologies and Agile methodologies, often combined with Pega in enterprise contexts.
• Team work . You will mentor and support junior developers, acting as a reference point for technical and functional guidance. You will collaborate closely with Pega experts, solution architects, and key stakeholders throughout all project phases. You will participate in training and certification programs to enhance your technical expertise and leadership capabilities.

WE'LL TOTALLY LOVE YOU IF YOU HAVE…

• Academic background . Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Telecommunications Engineering, or Management Engineering.
• Valuable expertise . At least 3 years of experience with Pega Platform or a Pega CSSA certification.
• Nice to have . Pega LSA certification or other Pega badges will be considered a plus. Knowledge of CRM processes/technologies and Agile methodology is appreciated but not mandatory.
• Soft skills . We are looking for a team player who can lead and support junior colleagues. Our projects are complex and require strong relational and problem-solving skills.
