PURPOSE OF THE ROLE
Leads the focus market cross-BU UniOps digitisation plan and business deployment. Manages cross-functional teams to deliver digitally enabled outcomes on time and within budget, ensuring integration and embedment in the focus market for growth, savings, and operational effectiveness.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
- Accountable for the end-to-end UniOps plan for the market or country, spanning multiple business units and products.
- Facilitates cross-BU prioritisation forums with BU CDIOs to align on the plan.
- Leads business deployment of products within the national or country scope, collaborating closely with product teams to ensure outcome delivery.
- Manages business deployment, optimizes performance, and mitigates risks.
- Acts as the primary contact/support for UniOps in the focus market, especially where BU roles are limited.
- Ensures operational continuity.
- Handles local incident/crisis management, including cyber, privacy, regulatory, and customer issues.
- Gathers feedback from market/stakeholders on products and advocates for user-centric solutions.
- Oversees integration of digital technologies to enhance operational efficiency and customer experience.
- Sits on the country leadership team if not covered by BU CDIO, and supports regional BU CDIOs on regional agendas (e.g., EU).
- Identifies opportunities to leverage AI and automation for productivity, growth, or operational effectiveness.
EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS
Required:
- In-market engagement and partnership experience.
- Experience in a commercial role.
- Leadership in tech or data analytics.
- Experience driving end-to-end UniOps plans across multiple BUs and products.
- Ability to facilitate cross-BU prioritisation forums with BU CDIOs.
- Experience in product deployment, insight generation, and aligning actions.
- Experience participating in country leadership teams and preparing for leadership meetings.
Preferred:
- Change management experience.
