Main Responsibilities
- Process payroll for all employees, in collaboration with external payroll suppliers
- Review and verify timekeeping records for accuracy and completeness
- Maintain accurate and confidential employee payroll records
- Generate reports for business purposes based on accurate data
- Prepare, review, and manage contracts in accordance with company policies and legal requirements.
- Manage HRIS systems and related processes, ensuring data integrity, operational accuracy, and efficient system functionality
- Maintain documentation and internal communications, standardizing processes to keep HR operational efficiency.
- Assist with audits related to payroll, benefits, and workers' compensation
- Collaborate with the HR team on various projects and initiatives as needed
Requirements
- University degree in HR, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field
- Previous experience (at least 1 year) in HR, preferably in payroll and admin roles
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Self-motivated and target-oriented.
- Fluent in English and Italian
- Residency permit to work in Italy

Qualifications
Required Qualifications/Primary Job Requirements
- Strong understanding of all legal regulations surrounding payroll
- Experience running payroll for mid-size firms.
- Experience with complex payroll issues
- Strong benefits knowledge (e.g pension, medical, disability)

Position Overview
The Payroll & HR Specialist is responsible for the timely and accurate administration of payroll for all Cluster employees, as well as completing all related reporting requirements. Additionally, this position is responsible for the completion of all payroll related functions and will serve as the first point of contact for any pay related queries. The Payroll & HR Specialist will view his/her role from a business process Improvement lens, identifying areas for continuous improvement and efficiencies; recommending and implementing solutions related to payroll, and reporting.

Key Accountabilities
Payroll Processing
- Complete the payroll processing for all employee transactions (new hires, terminations, transfers, promotions, leave of absence etc.) for all Cluster employees;
- Ensure accurate processing of all variable-pay payments including; commission, bonus, incentives and over-time where applicable;
- Manage and maintain positive vendor relationships acting as the first point of contact;
- Comply with all relevant payroll legislation to ensure compliance is adhered to at all times;
- Respond to general payroll queries, via email, phone, in-person and through monitoring of the payroll e‑mail inbox, from employees and management with urgency.
HR System Administration & Reporting
- Ensure all new hire paperwork, offer letters and employment contracts are completed in a timely manner.
- Monitor and update payroll records to ensure records between payroll and HR management system match, and partnering with HR Coordinator to resolve any discrepancies in a timely manner;
- Collect and compile annual salary and bonus information to provide towards the calculation of benefit and insurance premiums;
- Provide benefit enrolment data on an ad hoc basis to third party benefit advisors;
- Complete any requested audit reports in partnership with finance;
- Act as the payroll point of contact for Tiffany & Co. internal audit, providing required payroll‑related reporting and data on an ad hoc basis;
- Prepare ad hoc reports on overtime, commission or any other payroll or benefit related queries as required, offering detailed insight and analysis.
- Provide HR reports as necessary (e.g. Monthly HR updates, Quarterly Exit Interview reports, and OrganisationCharts).
