Role Overview EY is looking for a Junior Payroll Specialist to join the People Advisory Services (PAS) – Global Payroll team in Bari. The department provides integrated and global support throughout the entire administrative process, helping mid‑sized and large multinational companies across various sectors.

Key Responsibilities

Support the team in monthly and annual payroll processing, gradually gaining autonomy in managing main obligations;

Collaborate on the administrative management of staff for national and international clients, developing a comprehensive view of payroll processes;

Use Zucchetti for operational and control tasks, with guidance from senior colleagues and dedicated mentoring programmes;

Contribute to the preparation of reports, verifications and reconciliations, learning to transform data and deadlines into concrete client solutions;

Grow progressively in client relationships and activity coordination, becoming part of an international and specialised team.

Essential Qualifications

At least one year of experience in commercial studies or in an administrative staff function focused on payroll;

Good knowledge of current payroll and contribution regulations;

Good knowledge and application of the main national collective labour agreements (CCNLs);

Proficient in English (written and spoken);

Proficient with the Office suite;

Excellent relational and communication skills;

Team‑work attitude and problem‑solving ability.

Compensation & Conditions The salary range for this position is €23,000 to €30,000, defined on the basis of objective and gender‑neutral criteria. The employment relationship is governed by the CCNL Commercio; the contractual framework will be set in line with the candidate’s experience and profile.
