The European Investment Bank (EIB) seeks an Associate HR Systems Officer - Payroll & Absence Management for its HR Systems Unit (HRSYS) at the Luxembourg headquarters. The role focuses on Payroll and Absence Management within PeopleSoft HCM, with opportunities to transition to Oracle Cloud HCM. Regular office presence is required, with relocation support offered. This full-time temporary position (grade 4) lasts until 15 December 2028.
