Position

We are currently seeking an experienced Pattern Maker to join our Moto Apparel Department located in Asolo . Here, you will be able to singlehandedly support in the creation of innovative and technical paper and digital patterns for production, supporting the creation of our Contemporary Moto Apparel line.

Main Responsibilities

• You will be responsible for the creation of both paper and digital patterns for production (design and creation) of prototypes for our Contemporary Moto Apparel line.
• You will be supporting in grading and size development measurements, logos position as well as technical features.
• You will provide patterns for both cutting and assembling.
• Moreover, you will also review all assembled products, to identify and eliminate potential defects and adjust the final product.

Requirements

• Solid product knowledge in terms of both textiles and materials such as leather, technical textiles etc.
• A minimum of 5+ years’ experience in working on outerwear and/or technical sportswear.
• Strong experience in CAD software such as Gerber for digital pattern making.
• Previous experience in grading and size development.
• Strong experience in production related costing and in identifying the most convenient construction techniques and materials.
• Previous exposure to technical product development process will be greatly beneficial.
• Previous experience in working on PLM systems (particularly Centric) will be considered an added value.
• Fluency in English will be considered a strong plus.
• Ability to work both independently as well as in a team context, strong communication skills and flexibility will complete the profile.
