Are you looking for an opportunity to work for a global brand where you can use your skills, be part of a diverse team and grow with a dynamic company? We are seeking an experienced Passenger Charter Broker to join our team based in Milan, Italy.

Purpose of the Role

  • Client Acquisition and Relationship Management: Proactively source potential clients through cold calling, nurture established relationships, and develop new connections to secure charter flight contracts.
  • Aircraft Sourcing and Contracting: Use various tools, industry connections, and methods to source suitable aircraft at competitive prices, liaising with operators to deliver tailored solutions and contracting accurately and efficiently.
  • Comprehensive Flight Management: Oversee all aspects of flight operations from booking to completion, including compliance, finance coordination, catering, ground handling, slots, and permits, ensuring seamless service delivery until passengers leave the arrival airport, maintaining high standards across all flights.

Key Responsibilities of the Role

  • Maintain a high volume of cold calls to identify potential clients, generate new business, and meet or exceed KPI expectations.
  • Follow up promptly on all calls and leads to build a strong sales pipeline.
  • Log business activity accurately in the Company CRM, describing development and following up to maximize deals and bookings.
  • Explore new markets through research, cold calling, and networking to grow the client portfolio.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring excellent service.
  • Demonstrate aircraft knowledge to source suitable options for client requirements.
  • Stay informed on industry trends and operational updates to improve service and maintain competitiveness.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (Risk and Compliance, Legal, Finance) to ensure regulatory and contractual adherence.
  • Meet and exceed KPI targets for cold calling, client acquisition, and business development.
  • Travel as required to support operational demands.

Ideal Candidate Qualifications

  • Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in Aviation.
  • Experience in Passenger sales and air chartering.
  • Knowledge of the EU regional market.
  • Proactive in identifying business development opportunities.
  • Fluent in Italian and English with operational proficiency.
  • Ability to balance client needs with business objectives.
