We need a hands‑on leader to drive profitability, manage inventory with precision, and deliver world‑class service to our customers. You will be the engine that keeps our sales floor, service bays, and retail counters running smoothly.
Responsibilities
Lead & Train: Manage, mentor, and motivate a team of parts counter staff to hit sales goals and provide top‑tier customer service. Control Inventory: Oversee all ordering, receiving, stocking, and cycle counting. Minimise obsolescence while ensuring we have the right parts for motorcycles, scooters, SxSs, ATVs, and WaveRunners. Drive Sales: Maximise gross profit through strategic pricing, upselling accessories/gear, and building strong retail relationships. Vendor Relations: Maintain direct relationships with Yamaha representatives and parts distributors to negotiate pricing and manage backorders. Support Operations: Ensure the service department has what they need to turn repairs around quickly and accurately. Preferred Qualifications & Experience
3+ years of parts management or assistant management experience in a powersports, motorcycle, or marine dealership. Deep, proven knowledge of parts for motorcycles, scooters, Side‑by‑Sides, ATVs, and WaveRunners. Proficiency with Dealer Management Systems (DMS) and electronic parts catalogues. Experience with Lightspeed or Yamaha YDS is a huge plus. Strong leadership, organisational, and analytical skills.
