Job description
The Role
As a Partnerships Executive, your core mission is to identify, negotiate, and secure high-value programmatic advertising partnerships. You will own the full sales cycle, from outbound prospecting to closing deals, with a specific focus on driving revenue within Italy and establishing Tangoo as a dominant force in the international market.
You aren’t just selling a product; you are architecting omnichannel strategies (CTV, Audio, Retail Media) that help our partners win.
Key Responsibilities
- New Business Development: Proactively identify and capitalize on opportunities with direct advertisers and major agencies (e.g., OMD, Havas, WPP, IPG).
- Executive Engagement: Build and maintain relationships with senior-level decision-makers to foster long-term strategic growth.
- End-to-End Sales Management: Manage the full sales cycle, focusing on outbound products and ensuring adherence to our ideal client matrix.
- Strategic Storytelling: Collaborate with our Marketing and Creative teams to build high-impact, data-driven pitch decks and omnichannel proposals (incorporating CTV, Display, Audio, etc.).
- Product Advocacy: Act as a market expert, educating clients on industry trends and Tangoo’s unique AdTech suite.
- CRM Excellence: Utilize HubSpot as your “single source of truth,” maintaining 100% accurate records to enable data-driven acquisition strategies.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with Pre-Sales, Media Planners, and Customer Success to ensure a frictionless “Closed-Won” transition and successful campaign launches.
What Success Looks Like
In this role, we look for performance across three pillars:
- Revenue & Pipeline: Achieving growth in new proposals and converting high-value medium-to-large agencies.
- Market Intelligence: Providing a strategic feedback loop to our Tech team to shape the next generation of AdTech tools based on field insights.
- Operational Mastery: Maintaining a robust, visible pipeline in HubSpot that allows for confident international growth forecasting.
What You Bring
- Programmatic Strategy & Execution: 2 to 5 years of experience driving ROI within the programmatic ecosystem. Expert at navigating DSPs and SSPs to execute data-driven campaigns, with a deep understanding of real-time bidding (RTB) and supply-path optimization to ensure maximum media efficiency.
- Sales Acumen: Proven experience managing complex B2B sales cycles and negotiating favorable commercial terms.
- Language Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication in English; proficiency in Italian is essential for this territory-specific role.
- Technical Proficiency: Advanced skills in HubSpot (or similar CRM), Google Suite, Microsoft Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Strategic Mindset: Ability to translate complex technical features into clear business value for clients.
- Proactive Drive: A self-starter attitude with the ability to execute multiple outreach sequences monthly.
