We are seeking a Lawyer or Dottore in Tax, who is either Senior / Counsel on their way to P'ship or a current Partner seeking a new opportunity . Our client is a leading law firm and Tax advisory based in Milan.

You will join a leading law firm and specialize in the taxation of domestic and cross-border M&A, in addition to structured finance transactions for corporates and private equity clients. Tax kissues include: taxation in the M&A, real estate, fintech, insurance, and HNWI sectors, by assisting national and international clients.
