to play a key role in developing and growing its IP offering. This is an outstanding opportunity for a successful partner, or a senior lawyer on the cusp of partnership, with a proven track record in intellectual property matters and the ability to build lasting client relationships. You will advise clients across a broad range of contentious and non-contentious IP matters, including: Trade marks, copyright, design rights and patents Brand protection and portfolio management IP strategy and commercialisation Licensing, assignments and collaboration agreements Technology, digital media and software-related IP IP disputes, enforcement and litigation (where applicable) Working alongside a collaborative and entrepreneurial partnership, you will have the opportunity to shape the future direction of the practice while benefiting from significant cross-selling opportunities across the wider firm.
