About Klearly

Klearly is a fast-growing fintech company. Since its inception three years ago, Klearly has raised over €8 million, backed by key industry figures such as the former President of MasterCard, the COO of Adyen, and the CEO of Mollie, as well as investors including Global PayTech Ventures, Antler, and Shapers.

Our mission is to reshape in person (card present) payments. We are focused on building a payment product that merchants love and that SaaS providers embrace as a key component of their offering. Our initial focus is on the POS/SaaS systems which serve the bars, restaurants, and cafés in Italy.

We strongly believe in the power of collaboration and are looking for an entrepreneurial Partnership Manager to lead our go-to-market efforts in Italy. This role will involve building and managing a network of Independent Software Vendors (ISVs) and other strategic partners.

About the Role

As our first hire in Italy, you’ll be responsible for launching and growing the Italian market. You’ll drive Klearly’s market entry by identifying, signing, and scaling partnerships with ISVs, POS vendors, and other ecosystem players. You’ll be our local eyes and ears, representing Klearly to the market and bringing market insights back to the team.

This is a high-impact role with the potential to evolve into a Country Manager position.

What You’ll Do

  • Develop and execute the go-to-market strategy for Italy through partnerships.
  • Identify and sign commercial partnerships with ISVs, POS vendors, system integrators, and other relevant partners.
  • Build and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with key decision-makers.
  • Collaborate closely with product, ops and tech teams to align on partner integration and enablement.
  • Track and report on partnership pipeline, performance, and growth opportunities.
  • Represent Klearly at events and within the Italian fintech and software community.

What We’re Looking For

  • 5+ years of experience in partnerships, business development, or commercial roles.
  • Strong network in the Italian hospitality and/or ISV ecosystem.
  • Proven track record of initiating and scaling commercial partnerships, ideally in a fintech, SaaS, or payments environment.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset – you’re resourceful, hands-on, and thrive in ambiguity.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Fluency in Dutch, French and English.
