Job Overview:
In the role of Partnership Coordinator you will provide strategic support in the development and execution of marketing partnerships and brand collaborations. A cross-functionally role that will liaise with internal teams and external partners to contribute to brand awareness, visibility, and business development.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the Strategic Marketing function in developing a global partnership roadmap aimed at brand elevation and HNWI client acquisition.
- Identify relevant luxury, lifestyle, fashion, and design brands for strategic partnerships and co-branded activations to enhance brand reach and visibility.
- Manage the full partnership lifecycle, from ideation and pitch to negotiation, execution, and performance analysis.
- Coordinate cross-functionally with PR, Digital, Operations, Branding, Interior Design, and Retail teams to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.
- Define KPIs, monitor performance, and provide regular reporting and insights to optimize future collaborations.
- Develop and manage the annual Retail collection launch calendar for all Italian assets.
- Coordinate Retail merchandising and operational plans in collaboration with the central team.
- Identify new product categories and growth opportunities through market research and customer insights.
- Oversee Visual Merchandising alignment and brand consistency across all Retail assets.
- Project manage packaging, stationery, and labeling production in collaboration with Purchasing and Branding teams.
- Support the long-term development and management of a Retail eCommerce platform.
- Work closely with Digital and eCommerce teams on online initiatives (content, CRM, paid campaigns).
- Create a Retail Excellence Manual to support product knowledge and staff training.
- Ensure transparency and regular updates to stakeholders on implemented initiatives.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Fashion/Luxury Management, or a related field.
- 3–5 years of experience in marketing partnerships, brand collaborations, or retail marketing, preferably within luxury or hospitality environments.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders.
- Experience in KPI definition, performance tracking, and reporting.
- Solid understanding of Retail dynamics and Visual Merchandising principles.
- Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and networking skills within the luxury ecosystem.
- Strategic mindset combined with strong operational execution capabilities.
- Fluency in English (written and spoken).
- Digital knowledge (CRM, eCommerce, performance marketing) is a plus.
- Ability to work effectively in international and cross-functional environments.
