Partnership Associate (Freelance Project) — University Outreach

ApplyAZ is a Canada-based student recruitment platform that connects pre-screened international students from Canada, the US, India, UAE, Kuwait, and South Africa with universities in Italy and Europe. Every student we refer is vetted for academic fit, language readiness, financial capacity, and visa eligibility before an application is submitted.

The Role

We are looking for a motivated freelance Partnership Associate to support our university outreach across Italy and Germany. This is a results-based role with no fixed hours — you work independently and get paid per signed partnership agreement.

What You Will Do

You will identify and contact the right people at private universities (International Partnerships, International Recruitment, or equivalent), present ApplyAZ as a recruitment partner, schedule meetings, and follow up through to a signed agreement. Full briefing materials and key contacts will be provided.

What We Are Looking For

• Based in Italy, with good knowledge of the Italian (and ideally German) higher education landscape
• Confident communicator in English and Italian
• Experience in B2B outreach, university relations, or education is a strong plus
• Self-driven and comfortable working independently

Compensation

Fixed fee per signed partnership contract. Uncapped.
