Permanent open position as a Partner Account Manager in Milan

As a Partner Program Manager , you will be the driving force behind building, activating, and scaling a strategic partner ecosystem designed to generate a measurable pipeline and sustainable revenue for OVHcloud.
Your main responsibilities :
Partner Acquisition: Identify, recruit, and onboard high-potential partners (VARs, SIs, MSPs, and Consultancies) while maintaining a healthy recruitment pipeline aligned with cluster priorities.
Partner Enablement: Ensure partners are fully trained and certified; define and execute joint Business Development Plans and support partners in building compelling use cases and go-to-market strategies.
Pipeline & Revenue Growth: Drive co-selling activities and joint account planning to increase the partner contribution to overall sales performance and active opportunities.
Performance Management: Monitor KPIs (pipeline, revenue, certifications), conduct Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs), and scale high-performing partners while re-activating or pivoting those with lower engagement.
GTM & Ecosystem Activation: Execute co-marketing campaigns and enablement events, acting as the primary bridge between OVHcloud sales teams and the external partner ecosystem to evolve our GTM strategy.

Successfully onboarded a new cohort of high-potential partners and qualified their revenue-generating capacity.
Established initial Business Development Plans with key partners and initiated the first wave of co-selling opportunities.
Integrated yourself into the Sales and GTM teams, becoming the go-to contact for partner-led pipeline activity.
And in 1 year
Ownership of a high-performing, scalable partner portfolio that consistently hits revenue and pipeline targets.
The ability to independently drive complex co-marketing and enablement initiatives that significantly increase OVHcloud’s market share.
A strategic influence on the evolution of the Partner Program based on data-driven insights and successful execution
Skills required :
Experience: 5+ years in Partnership, Channel, or Sales roles within the IT ecosystem (Cloud, Hosting, VARs, SIs, or MSPs).
Sales Mindset: A proven track record of generating measurable revenue through partners with a strong focus on execution and results.
Soft Skills: Excellent communication and influencing skills, with the ability to navigate multiple internal and external stakeholders.
Technical/Tools: Proficiency with CRM tools and a deep understanding of the Cloud market.
Languages: Fluent in Italian and professional proficiency in English.
Attitude: Proactive, hands-on, and comfortable in a fast-paced, evolving environment with a strong sense of ownership.
