Partner Relationship Manager / Account Manager

Compensation:
- Base: €85K - €90K
- OTE: €130K (uncapped), 60/40 split
The business:
- We’re partnering with a global technology vendor operating across cybersecurity, data protection, and cloud infrastructure.
- The business is well-established, profitable, and scaling aggressively across EMEA, with a strong partner-first go-to-market and a large existing ecosystem of service providers.
- This hire will take ownership of Italy, focused on driving revenue through partners , not direct selling.
The opportunity:
- This is a pure partner-led position , working with MSPs, VARs, resellers, and distributors.
- You are not the one carrying every deal yourself.
- You are enabling others to sell.
You’ll be responsible for:
- Owning and growing a portfolio of partners across Italy
- Driving revenue through partner channels
- Recruiting and onboarding new partners
- Enabling partners to sell effectively into their customer base
- Think: coach, enabler, strategist, closer (through others)
What you’ll actually be doing:
- Working closely with partners to help them generate a pipeline and close deals
- Training and educating partners on the product, positioning, and sales playbook
- Joining partner-led sales cycles (demos, discovery, deal strategy)
- Helping partners sell into their existing customer base and expand usage
- Running QBRs, business planning, and driving accountability across partners
- Onboarding new partners and getting them to revenue as quickly as possible
- Acting as the bridge between partner, sales, marketing, and product internally
Typical metrics:
- Quota ~€600K ARR
- AOV €10K–€50K
- TCV €100K–€300K
- Focus on partner-driven revenue, not purely direct

- Commercially sharp, high ownership, and KPI-driven
- Builder mindset – not someone who needs structure handed to them
