Role purpose:

  • Responsible for International business development
  • Responsible for €5mil+ Annual Revenue and ~€3mil+ New Business
  • Understand Automotive safety and security product & services
  • Manage a network of national partners (3rd parties), support them in customer visits and event

  • Create pipeline and maximize revenue opportunities
  • Achievement of revenue/margin/TCV targets and customer satisfaction are primary

Key accountabilities and decision ownership:

  • Responsible for International Business Development (mainly EU but also outside EU)
  • Deliver revenues and Total Contract Value targets in the assigned countries (existing Partners,
  • distributors and national service providers).
  • Develop and acquire new business Partners (geographical expansion)
  • Together with the Partners, explore new business areas, create pipelines and maximize revenue
  • opportunities, organize sales, promotions & marketing campaigns to support sales growth.
  • Act as a product evangelist to build awareness and understanding to our customers.
  • Develop and maintain a robust pipeline toward targeted entities to continuously grow the business and generate sales.


Core competencies, knowledge and experience:

  • Minimum 5 years of international sales/product/project management in the safety & security
  • automotive environment industry (mainly aftermarket)
  • Proven track record of successfully leading cross functional teams to deliver multidimensional
  • projects.
  • Fluent in English (other languages are a plus).
  • High-level communication and negotiation skills – externally and internally.
  • Proactive, time manager in his/her own job, positive thinking
  • Availability to travel 30% of the time (sometimes intercontinental travel).


Must have technical / professional qualifications:

  • Degree qualified.
  • Experience in working with large corporates.
  • Multiple languages preferred.
  • IT knowledge: Windows, MS Office, Salesforce.


KPIs:

  • Deliver yearly target revenue & TCV budget
  • Build up reliable relationships with customers and internal teams
  • Grow market share and develop pipeline.
