Experteer Overview

In this role you will grow baramundi's partner network in Italy, building trust-based alliances with system integrators and MSPs. You will enable smooth onboarding, align partner activities with sales and product teams, and help partners embed baramundi into their business models. You will shape annual partner plans, represent the company at events, and drive measurable partner-driven value and growth.

  • Coordinate with partners, sales, marketing, and development to keep teams aligned
  • Represent baramundi at events, trade fairs, and conferences to increase visibility
  • Expand the partner network and stay closely connected to the channel
  • Shape partnerships creatively with an entrepreneurial mindset and provide strategic input to the partner program

Responsabilità

  • Several years of experience in Software Sales, ideally in a Channel Management role
  • Strong networking skills and a solid contact base with major system integrators and MSPs in Italy
  • Technical understanding in Unified Endpoint Management (preferably)
  • Passion for understanding and improving the partner ecosystem
  • Independent, structured, goal-oriented work style with attention to detail and deadlines
  • Experience in dynamic environments with ability to generate new ideas and deliver visible results
  • Willingness to travel within Italy and occasionally to baramundi Headquarter in Augsburg, Germany
