Job Description

The Creators team’s goal is to make Amazon the Earth’s most desired destination for commerce influencers, publishers, bloggers, and more. As an Innovator team, we tackle tough problems, build and enhance products, and create experiences that drive growth for Creators. We own Amazon’s Creator product suite to ensure a cohesive experience, experiment with compensation structures, and launch features that reinforce achievement and monetary rewards. We strengthen creators’ sense of community, fandom, credibility, and provide positive feedback loops. Our Creator Business Development and Partner Management teams collaborate directly with strategic customers to build industry‑specific partnership opportunities, transforming how Creators can partner, create, and earn at scale.

Key Responsibilities

• Influence and build relationships with top creators, helping them generate revenue and build audience development strategies that reach new customers.
• Tailor creator content to drive shopping outcomes and raise awareness of Amazon’s retail selection and subscription programs.
• Use deep knowledge of digital and social media to support and grow creator businesses, maximizing earning potential.
• Lead with data, take an analytical approach, and communicate results to creators and internal stakeholders.
• Demonstrate strong relationship‑building skills and work closely with external partners in a customer‑obsessed, growth‑mindset environment.

Basic Qualifications

• 3+ years of program or project management experience.
• 3+ years of defining and implementing process improvement initiatives using data and metrics.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP) and SQL.
• Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements.
• Experience working cross‑functionally with tech and non‑tech teams.
• Bachelor’s degree.

Preferred Qualifications

• 3+ years of end‑to‑end delivery and communication of results to senior leadership.
• Experience in stakeholder management across multiple organizational levels.
• Experience building processes, project management, and schedules.
• Usage of generative AI tools to enhance workflow efficiency, with willingness to learn prompting and evaluation practices.
• Ability to recognize opportunities where generative AI could enhance products, workflows, or customer experiences.

Salary & Benefits

Base salary ranges by location:

• USA, NY, New York: 81,600.00 – 142,800.00 USD annually
• USA, WA, Seattle: 82,700.00 – 129,800.00 USD annually

In addition to base salary, compensation includes sign‑on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation is determined based on experience, qualifications, and location.
