We help the world run better
At SAP, we keep it simple: you bring your best to us, and we'll bring out the best in you. We're builders touching over 20 industries and 80% of global commerce, and we need your unique talents to help shape what's next. The work is challenging – but it matters. You'll find a place where you can be yourself, prioritize your wellbeing, and truly belong. Constant learning, skill growth, great benefits, and a team that wants you to grow and succeed.
What You’ll build
As a Partner management expert, you will be responsible for driving revenue generation through a portfolio of strategically assigned partners, ensuring the achievement of revenue and profitability goals for both SAP and the partner. You will act as a strategic thought leader and orchestrator of the end‑to‑end partner relationship — from business planning to execution — serving as the single point of contact and trusted advisor to your assigned partners. Your role will focus on growing the partner’s SAP business and investments across the SAP solution portfolio, enhancing their capability to operate as an autonomous and self‑sufficient cloud solution provider.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the joint business planning process with partners, building multi‑year development and investment plans aligned with SAP’s strategic priorities.
- Support partners in defining transformational strategies to differentiate in the market and create customer lifetime value.
- Evangelize new SAP opportunities — solutions, products, and innovations — articulating business impact, financial potential, and ROI to drive adoption.
- Coordinate joint marketing, enablement, and demand generation activities to increase market penetration and pipeline growth.
- Assess and strengthen partner capabilities across presales, sales, delivery, and post‑sales, developing the right‑fit delivery capacity.
- Ensure a superior partner experience through proactive communication, governance, and orchestration of SAP internal stakeholders.
- Represent SAP externally, positioning SAP’s value and innovation within the ecosystem to grow competitive advantage.
- Nurture new partnerships within specific industries to drive growth and innovation.
- Develop the capability to address new territories, particularly those led by partners, to expand our market reach and influence.
- Strategically align resources and efforts to support partner‑led initiatives, ensuring sustainable and mutually beneficial relationships.
You’ll also work cross‑functionally with regional and global teams to ensure strategic alignment, operational excellence, and measurable impact on revenue and partner performance.
What You Bring
- Deep professional experience in Partner Management, Business Development, or Sales within a technology or consulting environment.
- Proven track record of driving indirect revenue and managing complex partner relationships end‑to‑end.
- Strong project management and organizational skills, with the ability to lead initiatives and coordinate multiple stakeholders.
- Excellent communication and influencing abilities, comfortable engaging with senior executives internally and externally.
- Strategic mindset combined with strong operational execution and customer orientation.
- Fluency in English and Italian is a must; additional languages are a plus.
