  • About the Role
  • In this pan-European, client-facing role, you will be responsible for launching activities of partners and optimizing business models, solutions, and post-launch activities for existing partners to achieve desired business targets. As a Partner Development Manager, you will own business activities across various European markets. You will contribute to the full range of activities around innovative customer offerings, from partner negotiations and onboarding to specific growth initiatives. You will drive partner onboardings and manage client relationships throughout the lifecycle, ensuring activities align with partner strategies. You will work closely with Market Distribution Managers and Global Partner Managers for partner expansion across countries and market-specific activities. You will be part of interdisciplinary teams working along the value chain across Europe.

Our goal is to drive the digitalization of the P&C insurance business in Europe by combining insurance expertise, e-commerce skills, and the dynamic spirit of a start-up, backed by Swiss Re.

    You will be part of iptiQ EMEA P&C's distribution team, responsible for acquiring, onboarding, and growth hacking new partners, as well as managing partner relationships and strategy. The team has pan-European responsibility to scale business in Germany, Netherlands, Switzerland, Italy, and Spain.

  • About You
    • University degree or equivalent
    • Several years of relevant experience in the P&C retail space (Product Management, Proposition Development, Client Management, or Consulting)
    • Experience in project management and executing comprehensive deliverables across the insurance value chain
    • Good understanding of P&C retail insurance markets, products, and distribution in Italy and/or other EU markets
    • Creative with ideas to improve go-to-market strategies and enhance customer experience through simplified and transparent propositions
    • Hands-on, independent working style, comfortable with cross-functional teams and diverse partners
    • Technology-minded with a clear view on how tech can improve partner performance and customer satisfaction
    • Entrepreneurial with commercial acumen in partnership and product innovation
    • Effective communication skills in English and Italian; fluency in other EU languages is a plus
    • Willingness to travel within Europe (~20%)
