TP LINK Italia is seeking a Part-Time Administrative Assistant to join our team. You will help to manage daily office operations, basic financial workflows, and HR logistics.

Key Responsibilities

  • Process vendor invoices and coordinate administrative and HR payments.
  • Review employee expenses to ensure compliance with company policies.
  • Track monthly bills related to general office operations.
  • Procure office supplies and manage inventory levels and organization.
  • Manage company apartments, including maintenance coordination, cleaning schedules, and bookings.
  • Maintain tidy spaces across all common office areas.
  • Schedule job interviews of candidates
  • Handle ad-hoc tasks and miscellaneous administrative duties as assigned.

Requirements & Qualifications

  • Experience: 2+ years of proven experience in administrative or secretarial roles.
  • Languages: Fluent Italian and proficient in English
  • Skills: Exceptional attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and high accuracy.
  • Software: Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word) and email management tools.
  • Status: Eligibility for Italian Law 68/99 (Protected Categories) is highly preferred.
