TP LINK Italia is seeking a Part-Time Administrative Assistant to join our team. You will help to manage daily office operations, basic financial workflows, and HR logistics.
Key Responsibilities
- Process vendor invoices and coordinate administrative and HR payments.
- Review employee expenses to ensure compliance with company policies.
- Track monthly bills related to general office operations.
- Procure office supplies and manage inventory levels and organization.
- Manage company apartments, including maintenance coordination, cleaning schedules, and bookings.
- Maintain tidy spaces across all common office areas.
- Schedule job interviews of candidates
- Handle ad-hoc tasks and miscellaneous administrative duties as assigned.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Experience: 2+ years of proven experience in administrative or secretarial roles.
- Languages: Fluent Italian and proficient in English
- Skills: Exceptional attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and high accuracy.
- Software: Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word) and email management tools.
- Status: Eligibility for Italian Law 68/99 (Protected Categories) is highly preferred.
