From greeting international guests to curating spaces and stories, you orchestrate the perfect balance of service, culture, and precision.

Working closely with architects, designers, and corporate teams, you’ll elevate every encounter—making our showroom not just a place to visit, but a destination to remember.

MAIN ACTIVITIES

• Manage the flow of high-level visitors, ensuring seamless experiences for both scheduled appointments and spontaneous visits.
• Guide guests through showroom spaces with engaging storytelling of products and collections.
• Oversee the set-up and maintenance of corporate areas to uphold Molteni&C’s premium standards.
• Coordinate daily and weekly appointment schedules, optimizing time and resources.
• Support commercial initiatives and accompany architects and designers during visits.
• Anticipate client needs, providing quick and effective solutions with discretion and care.
• Ensure order, coherence, and brand alignment across all hospitality touchpoints.
• Plan and coordinate corporate events, including catering, bar service, and vendor management.

REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Communication, or related field.
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in hospitality, events, or showroom management (luxury or design industry preferred).
• Strong client orientation, organizational skills, and punctuality.
• Passion for design and sensitivity to luxury environments.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and mediate with diverse audiences.
• Solid leadership and problem-solving capabilities, combined with precision and attention to detail.
• Proactive, dynamic, and empathetic approach, with autonomy in handling guest requests.
• Language skills: Fluent in English; knowledge of a second language is a plus.
