Palantir AIP & Foundry Data Scientist

We are looking for an experienced Data Scientist / AI Specialist with strong expertise in Palantir Foundry and Palantir AIP to support the development and deployment of enterprise AI and advanced analytics solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Palantir Foundry & AIP Enablement
- Use Palantir Foundry to integrate, curate, and model structured and unstructured enterprise data
- Operationalize data science and machine learning solutions using Foundry pipelines, ontology, and applications
- Leverage Palantir AIP to support AI-enabled use cases such as decision support tools, copilots, and LLM-assisted workflows
- Implement Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) patterns to ground AI outputs in enterprise data
- Collaborate with platform and engineering teams to deploy solutions with the appropriate governance, security, and compliance controls
- Perform Root Cause Analysis (RCA) on data quality issues, model behavior, and workflow outcomes within the Foundry/AIP ecosystem
- Support customer adoption by clearly explaining analytical logic, assumptions, and model limitations in business terms
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in Data Science, Advanced Analytics, or Applied Machine Learning
- Strong hands-on experience with exploratory data analysis, statistical modeling, and root cause analysis
- Proficiency in Python and SQL
- Experience with machine learning libraries such as Scikit-learn, XGBoost, TensorFlow, or PyTorch
- Solid understanding of statistics, probability, and experimental design
- Experience working with large-scale enterprise datasets
- Hands-on experience with Palantir Foundry ; exposure to Palantir AIP is strongly preferred
- Experience in customer-facing or consulting environments with multiple stakeholders
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex analytical concepts clearly to business users
