MISSION:

The Painting / Coating Supervisor is responsible for organizing and supervising painting, coating, and insulation activities on site, ensuring full compliance with HSE regulations, quality standards, and project specifications within a refinery / industrial energy project.

The role involves coordinating with construction, quality, and subcontractor teams, overseeing surface preparation, anticorrosion applications, and thermal insulation works, and ensuring proper execution in line with international standards and project procedures. The Painting / Coating Supervisor ensures activities are carried out safely, efficiently, and according to schedule to support successful project delivery.

Education & Experience:

• Minimum 5 years of experience in painting, coating, and insulation supervision within oil & gas, refinery, or industrial projects
• Proven experience in anticorrosion systems, surface preparation, and thermal insulation works
• Experience working on EPC projects, preferably in refinery or brownfield / revamping environments
• Strong knowledge of international standards related to coating and insulation (e.g., NACE, ISO)
• Familiarity with HSE regulations, xdwybme Permit to Work (PTW), and site safety procedures
• Ability to supervise subcontractors and coordinate site activities effectively
• Proficiency in English and Italian
