Position Overview
We are seeking a highly analytical and performance‑oriented Paid Media Specialist to manage, optimise, and scale paid advertising campaigns across Google Ads and Meta (Facebook & Instagram) platforms. This role is instrumental in driving qualified leads, customer acquisition, and revenue growth through strategic planning, hands‑on execution, and continuous performance optimisation.
Key Responsibilities
Plan, execute, and manage paid media campaigns across Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube, Performance Max) and Meta Ads platforms. Conduct audience research, keyword analysis, and competitive benchmarking to enhance campaign performance. Monitor, analyse, and optimise campaigns to achieve KPIs such as CPA, ROAS, CTR, CPC, and conversion rate. Collaborate with creative and content teams to develop and test high‑performing ad creatives and messaging. Allocate and manage advertising budgets effectively to maximise ROI and scale winning campaigns. Implement and maintain accurate tracking systems using Google Analytics (GA4), Google Tag Manager, Meta Pixel, and conversion tracking tools. Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports, providing actionable insights and optimisation recommendations. Stay up to date with industry trends, platform updates, and emerging performance marketing best practices. Collaborate cross‑functionally to align paid media strategies with overall marketing and business objectives.
Qualifications & Requirements
1–3+ years of hands‑on experience in Paid Media or Digital Advertising. Proven experience managing campaigns on Google Ads and Meta Ads platforms. Strong analytical skills with a data‑driven decision‑making approach. Experience with performance tracking, reporting, and analytics tools. Ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously and meet deadlines. Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in lead generation and/or e‑commerce performance campaigns. Knowledge of A/B testing methodologies, remarketing strategies, and funnel optimisation. Experience managing medium to large advertising budgets.
