YOUR DAILY JOB

  • Reviewing Client's technical documentation and requirements
  • Defining engineering requirements
  • Preparation of all the Discipline related deliverables / documents (i.e. Datasheets, Lists, Procedures, Manuals..)
  • Preparation of Material Requisitions for sub-supplied items related to the Mechanical Discipline (i.e. valves, piping raw materials, painting services, steel structures..)
  • Technical Evaluation of sub-supplier quotations and preparation of tabulation for Procurement Office
  • Follow-up of the subcontracted purchase orders and sub-supplier activities
    • Check of all the subcontracted discipline engineering documents (i.e. valve drawings, technical procedures..)
    • Technical assistance to sub-supplier through clarifications and meetings
    • Providing technical support to Project Team by sharing the information received from sub-suppliers
    • Technical assistance to UNIDRO workshop during fabrication, assembly, testing and packing activities
  • Optimizing Packaged systems ensuring minimal cost and simplification in compliance with the required performance
  • Implementing detailed engineering activities
  • Focal point for packing and logistic activities prior to shipping (e.g. Packing List and Bill of Material preparation)
  • Remote follow-up assistance during plant erection / commissioning

YOUR PROFILE

  • University Master Degree in Chemical, Environmental or Energy Engineer
  • Fluent English and Italian
  • Excellent IT and analytical skills
  • Attention to details, excellent communications skills
  • Strong interpersonal, team-oriented skills, self-motivation and direction, with strong bias toward timely performance and problem resolution
  • Knowledge of international standards in O&G industry i.e. EN, ISO, API, ASME, ANSI, etc. is an advantage
